These Terms of Service govern your use of cliffgrouptech.com (the “Site”) operated by Cliff Group Technologies (“Cliff Group”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about Cliff Group services, read our content, and submit inquiries. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to harvest data, or to attempt to compromise Site security.
2. Consulting services & proposals
Information on the Site, including pricing ranges and service descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes. All consulting engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement executed between you and Cliff Group Technologies. Proposals and quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal document (typically 30 days). Final pricing is confirmed after a discovery call and scope review.
3. Intellectual property
Site content, including text, design, code, and trademarks, is owned by Cliff Group Technologies or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Work product created under a consulting engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement's SOW or consulting agreement.
4. Third-party links & tools
The Site contains links to third-party websites, platforms, and tools (ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, Housecall Pro, etc.). Cliff Group is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms. References to third-party platforms do not imply endorsement or partnership unless specifically stated.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Cliff Group does not warrant that Site information is error-free or that the Site will be uninterrupted. Content on the Site does not constitute professional advice — formal recommendations are provided only through consulting engagements. This Site disclaimer is separate from any warranties or guarantees specified in an executed consulting agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliff Group Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability arising from consulting engagements is governed by the executed Statement of Work or consulting agreement.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site (separate from consulting engagement disputes) will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a posted update constitutes acceptance.
